Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is alcohol provided?
A: No, because of Texas liquor laws the client will have to provide the alcohol. We will work with you on your liquor list and help you pick up at one of our preferred distributors.
Q: Is there a deposit for my event?
A: Yes, we require a 50% deposit and complete payment is required 2 weeks before the event date.
Q: Is there a refund policy?
A: Unfortunately, there are no refunds but if your event needs to be postponed, please let us know at least 72 hours ahead of your event.
Q: What are the dimensions of your rentals?
A: The tap trailer is 73″H x 66″W x 145″L. The photo booth is 60″H x 68″L.
Q: Do I need more than 1 bartender?
A: The first bartender is included in the price and can serve up to 75 people. Any additional bartenders needed will incur an additional fee per hour.
Q: Can you serve additional drinks not in the taps?
A: Absolutely, we can help serve 2 additional (pour and serve only) drinks for $200.
