Madera Mobile Bartending is a female-owned mobile bar service based in Fort Worth, Texas, serving events across the DFW Metroplex. The team brings over a decade of restaurant and hospitality experience to weddings, corporate gatherings, private parties, and other celebrations of up to about 100 guests. Two packages are offered. The Luna package features an elegant white satellite bar with a custom wooden top, LED lighting, two signature cocktails with freshly squeezed organic fruit and agave syrup, a customized drink menu display, infused water, glassware, and disposables. The Madera package adds a Champagne Cart that can be set up as a self-service champagne, mimosa, or Bloody Mary station. Each event includes one TABC certified bartender plus one barback. Because of Texas law the team does not sell alcohol, but they provide a customized shopping list of liquor, beer, or wine for the host to purchase. Madera Mobile Bartending carries general liability and liquor liability insurance and travels within a 50-mile radius of Fort Worth.

How many bartenders come with each package?
Each Madera Mobile Bartending event includes one TABC certified bartender plus one barback. With over a decade of bartending experience at high-end restaurants and hotels, the lead bartender is equipped to serve events with up to 100 guests.
Do you supply the alcohol?
Because of Texas law, Madera Mobile Bartending cannot purchase or sell alcohol. The team provides a customized shopping list of liquors, beer, or wine for you to buy based on your event details, guest count, and drink preferences.
What is the Champagne Cart in the Madera package?
The Madera package adds a Champagne Cart on top of the white satellite bar. It can run as a self-service champagne station, a mimosa bar with fresh juices, or a Bloody Mary station, giving guests an extra interactive moment during cocktail hour or brunch service.
Are you insured and permitted?
Yes. Madera Mobile Bartending carries both general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance. The bartending staff is TABC certified and food-handler certified, so service stays compliant with Texas alcohol and food safety rules.
How far do you travel for events?
Madera Mobile Bartending is based in Fort Worth and travels within a 50-mile radius for events at no extra charge. Locations beyond that radius are still possible and are billed at $2 per mile beyond 50 miles.
How far in advance should we book and what is the payment policy?
Booking 2 to 3 weeks ahead is ideal, though shorter notice is sometimes possible. A 33% nonrefundable deposit secures the date, and the final payment is due one week before the event. Once the final payment is made it is also nonrefundable.
