C Event Bartending has a 3-hour minimum on every package. The Basic Bar Package starts at $55 per hour with one bartender, cocktail supplies, and a cooler with 50 pounds of ice. The Bartender-only Package starts at $35 per hour if you supply your own bar and mixers.

Yes. C Event Bartending is TABC Licensed and carries liability insurance, which most Texas venues require before alcohol can be served on site. Courtney can share documentation when you book if your venue asks for it.

The horse trailer bar is a C Event Bartending add-on mobile bar setup that books at $100 per hour on top of the Basic Bar Package. It works well for outdoor weddings, ranch venues, and backyard events around Fort Worth where the bar itself becomes part of the decor.

The C Event Bartending Basic Bar Package includes cocktail supplies (napkins, straws, cups, garnishes), bar tools, and one cooler with 50 pounds of ice. Mixer packages are an add-on at $2.50 per guest, premium mixers are $3.50 per guest, and glassware can be added on request.

Yes. C Event Bartending offers additional bartenders for an extra $45 per hour each on the Basic Bar Package, or an extra $35 per hour each on the Bartender-only Package. Courtney recommends staffing up for larger guest counts so service stays fast.
