How does the booking process work?
Hey Ms. Bartender uses a 5 step process. Inquire through the customize package form for a quote, agree to proceed and receive a contract and invoice link, sign and pay a partial deposit to reserve, then finalize menu options and final details no sooner than 4 weeks before the event. Same-week events require full payment upfront.
Do you provide menu planning help if I bring my own alcohol?
Yes. With the Build A Package option, Hey Ms. Bartender provides complimentary drink menu suggestions and a shopping list so the host knows exactly what alcohol and ingredients to buy. Asha walks clients through quantities and selections during the planning conversation.
