About Allure & Alchemy
Allure & Alchemy is a Dallas-based mobile bar service led by Nicole and her team, providing full-service beverage catering across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. They specialize in custom craft cocktails made with house-made syrups, purees, fresh juices, and unique bitters, served from one of three mobile bar units: Stella the vintage trailer, the Josie bar cart for smaller gatherings, and the Jolie self-serve cart for mimosa bars, cocoa bars, or DIY cocktail stations. Every mixologist on the team is a W-2 employee, TABC licensed, and covered by liquor liability, general liability, and workers compensation insurance. They serve weddings, corporate events, retail and brand activations, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, and private parties throughout Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Arlington, Frisco, McKinney, and Denton. Bar packages include signature cocktails, real glassware, handcrafted purees, fresh juices, herb and fruit garnishes, mixers, bar napkins, agave straws, and full setup and cleanup. Hands-on craft cocktail classes are also available for clients who want a more interactive experience.

Allure & Alchemy offers three signature units: Stella, a restored vintage trailer that needs about 15 feet of space and comes with boho dried floral arrangements; Josie, a bar cart sized for smaller gatherings or as a second bar; and Jolie, a versatile self-serve cart that has been used for mimosa bars, cocoa bars, lemonade stands, and DIY cocktail setups. They can also work behind your venue's existing bar.
Are your mixologists licensed and insured?
Yes. Every mixologist working with Allure & Alchemy is a W-2 employee rather than a contractor, holds a current TABC license, and is covered by liquor liability, general liability, and workers compensation insurance. This means the team carries the legal and safety coverage for your event rather than putting it on you or your venue.
What is included in a bar package?
Allure & Alchemy packages include signature craft cocktails made with house-made syrups, purees, fresh juices, and unique bitters, plus real glassware, ice, herb and fruit garnishes, agave straws, bar napkins, and full setup and cleanup. BYOB packages also include pickup and delivery of pre-purchased alcohol. Add-on options like mixology classes, custom menus, and themed rentals are available.
Do you offer mixology classes in addition to event bartending?
Yes. Allure & Alchemy hosts hands-on craft cocktail classes for clients who want a more interactive experience. The team brings the homemade mixers, garnishes, glassware, and mixologists, and walks guests through how to build craft cocktails at home. Classes work well for bachelorette parties, team-building events, and small private gatherings.
