What services and products do you offer?
We provide professional mobile bartenders and full-service liquid catering for weddings, private events, corporate events, and more. As a licensed and insured bartending company, we can supply the alcohol and complete bar setup, or you may provide the alcohol yourself and we’ll bring the bartenders.
How much do your services cost for a wedding?
Our wedding bartending services are priced based on guest count and service hours. Bartender minimum starts at $250 , which includes 4 hours of service - additional hours are $50 per hour Includes 1 hour of setup and 30 minutes of clean-up We require 1 bartender for every 75 guests Beverage packages are priced per guest We work with you to create a package that fits your wedding vision and budget.

Pricing for private events depends on guest count and service hours. Bartender minimum starts at $300 for 4 hours of service - additional hours are $50 per hour Includes gratuity , bar tools, white cocktail napkins, cocktail straws, 1 hour of setup , and 30 minutes of clean-up We require 1 bartender per 75 guests Beverage packages are priced per guest Perfect for parties, birthdays, corporate events, and any celebration that needs professional bartending.

What is the difference between a Hosted Bar, Consumption Bar, and Cash Bar?
Hosted Bar means you've purchased alcohol according to your guest count, and DFW Bartending brings it to you. This is an open bar for your guests, and a simple solution for you. You'll select the Beer, Wine, and Liquor you would like served, and we do the rest! Consumption Bar means you're billed according to how many drinks are served. This is a great option for corporate or fundraiser parties if drink tickets are used. Cash Bar means your guests are purchasing their own drinks. DFW Bartending offers card or cash payment options.
Do I keep the alcohol leftover from a Hosted Bar Pacakge?
The short answer is no. According to our TABC License, any drinks we serve must be consumed "on premise", so in the same place it was served. We're not allowed to send anything home with you. However, we do bring more than we think we will serve to make sure you get the most out of your Hosted Bar Package! We anticipate having some alcohol leftover, but the extras guarantee you'll have a well stocked bar.
