About Sip N Easy
Sip n' Easy is Spokane's first mobile event bartending company, serving Spokane, Coeur d'Alene, and the Inland Northwest since 2018. Owners Alivia and Casey have spent the last decade working through nearly every role in the service industry, including bartending at Spokane and Coeur d'Alene's best hotels and managing high-volume nightclubs. They run two custom bars: Moonshine, a double horse trailer turned classy speakeasy-style bar (about 8 by 13 feet) suited for backyards and high-end venues alike, and BarnWood, a smaller indoor or outdoor bar built for tighter spaces and intimate events. Sip n' Easy operates as a dry bar, so clients buy and transport the alcohol while the team handles everything else. Each booking includes licensed and insured bartenders, basic mixers and garnishes for two signature cocktails, plastic cups, ice, serving bins, a printed menu, and all bartending equipment. Three-hour minimum service applies. Mocktails and craft sober-bar add-ons are available.
