About The Brewski Wagon
The Brewski Wagon is a locally-owned mobile beverage cart founded in 2019 by Nick and Brittany, who restored a 1984 two-horse trailer into a one-of-a-kind mobile bar. Best friends Jadyn, Zion, and Silas took over as the new owners in October 2023 and run the wagon today. The wagon serves the Greater Spokane and Coeur d'Alene area for weddings, parties, corporate events, and other celebrations. The setup includes two MAST-certified bartenders, a 2-tap draught system that pours anything that comes in a keg, a wine cooler, CO2, a 145-can RTIC cooler, four hours of pouring service, compostable drinkware, ice, and travel to and from the venue. Brewski Wagon runs a dry-hire model, so clients purchase the alcohol themselves at retail and keep whatever isn't drunk, which avoids the venue and caterer markups. They also provide guidance on quantities and the alcohol-ordering process.
