About Curb Catering
The Curb Mobile Bar and Catering is a sister service of The Curb Bar and Grill, a Boise restaurant serving the Treasure Valley for over 10 years. The mobile arm handles weddings, holiday parties, anniversaries, corporate events, and other private celebrations across the region. The mobile bar package runs a $299 setup fee and includes one bartender for up to 5 hours, complete bar setup and takedown, insurance, fresh fruit, juices and mixers, straws, cups, and napkins, with a $1,000 minimum on alcohol sales. Additional bartenders are $25 per hour, and events over 100 guests require a second bartender for at least 3 hours. Three liquor tiers are available: The Well (Tito's, Bacardi, Captain Morgan, Jack Daniel's, Jose Cuervo, Tanqueray, Dewars), The Premium (44 Huckleberry, Crown Royal, Pendleton, Jameson), and Top Shelf (Grey Goose, Glenlivet, Patron Silver). Bottled beer options include Coors Light, Corona, 805 Blonde, and High Noon Seltzers. Full catering packages with multiple appetizer, entrée, and side options are also available. All purchases are subject to 6% sales tax and 20% gratuity, with delivery fees outside a 25-mile radius.

Yes. Beyond the mobile bar, The Curb offers full-service buffet catering with options across appetizers (crostini, bruschetta, shrimp skewers, meatballs, charcuterie), entrées (grilled chicken, pulled pork sliders, pork tenderloin), salads, and sides. Full-service buffet adds tables, black linens, plates, napkins, cutlery, and 2 staff members for $99 setup. That makes one-stop bar-and-food bookings simple.
What about taxes and gratuity?
All purchased items are subject to 6% sales tax and a 20% gratuity. Events outside a 25-mile radius from Boise add a delivery fee on top. The team will quote everything (bar, food, taxes, gratuity, delivery) upfront so there are no surprise line items at the end of the event.
