How it works...
Pick a package that fits your vision and budget! Reach out to us ASAP to be sure we have your date available. To book with us is a $400 deposit with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event. Packages are completely customizable! We go through the best distributors in the Treasure Valley and can get a wide variety of drink options. Travel fees may apply for events outside of Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Kuna, Caldwell, Middleton, and Emmett.
How far in advance should I book mobile bar services?
We recommend booking our bar services at least 6-18 months in advance to ensure availability. If you're in a pinch and need a bar service quickly- please reach out! We are very prompt and if there's any way to make it work, we will!
Do I get to choose the alcohol served?
Yes! Any alcohol that you are paying for in your package, you get to fully choose what is served. County Line Wine Company goes through all of the major distributors in the Boise area. We have a fantastic lists of alcohol we can suggest including local brands, but ultimately the choice is yours. We are happy to look for your favorite drinks within our distributors lists.
Will my event run out of alcohol?
Our bar service works with you to ensure we get as close as possible with estimating how many drinks to bring. However, we always account for a "Plan B" in the event that your guests are having the best time ever, and we end up running low on alcohol. The choice is yours- we are happy to bring back up alcohol for you to pick up the tab on, or your guests to continue purchasing. We are proud to say we have never run out of alcohol at an event!
My venue requires a licensed bar service to serve alcohol. I'm not sure what this means, can you help?
Absolutely! County Line Wine Company has an Idaho State Beer + Wine Alcohol License and works closely with all of the venues in the Treasure Valley. Let us know which venue you are having your event at, and we will take care of the necessary permits.
