The team also works with a venue's existing bar top if there's already one in place. Each setup brings a different visual feel, so the choice usually comes down to the event style and venue space.

Co-Hosted Bar adds a budget the host pays first, then switches to cash bar after the budget is hit. Yes. County Line offers a free 100-person champagne toast to veterans, active duty military, law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, first responders, nurses, and certified K-12 teachers. The discount applies when one of those parties is part of the booking couple. Just mention eligibility when requesting a quote.

Travel within Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Kuna, Caldwell, Middleton, and Emmett is included in the standard package. Events outside that ring may have a travel fee added based on distance. The team will quote the travel fee upfront when discussing the event details.

Hosted Bar packages scale by guest count: Package 1 is 50-75 guests at $830, Package 2 is 75-100 at $1,424, Package 3 is 100-150 at $1,856, Package 4 is 150-200 at $2,384, and Package 5 is 200+ at $2,976. Each runs at $4 per drink with packages completely customizable. For events over 100 guests, the team recommends adding a second bartender at $25 per hour.

Booking with County Line Wine Co. takes a $400 deposit, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event. Reach out as soon as the event date is set so the team can confirm availability. Packages are fully customizable, including drink options sourced through Treasure Valley distributors.
