Yes. Our General Liability covers up to $2 Million and our Liquor Liability covers up to $300,000. This is included for each event we serve at no additional charge to the customer/client. This saves you, the customer/client, the hassle of having to pay out of pocket for a one-time insurance policy.

No. According to the Liquor and Cannabis Board of Washington State alcohol must be provided by the host at private events. You must also have a Banquet Permit from lcb.wa.gov. You can purchase your alcohol from a retail establishment such as Total Wine and More or a local brewery/distillery/winery. We can help you by guiding you in the right direction for these purchases and help arrange delivery details if needed.

Yes. All of our staff are licensed with a Class 12 Mixologist Permit and also a Food Handlers Card for when we handle garnishes, juices etc.

Mostly. We work with a Ice and Water business called "Mummey's Ice and Water" where we source our filtered Ice from. This assures you are getting the best quality ice available. We charge $2 per person for ice. However, often times the venue will have an ice maker and we can work with the venue to use their ice which then would result in no additional costs. You can also supply the ice for us to use and we can calculate for you how much ice you will need but we get our ice in bulk at a better price and better quality.

Yes. We have a Kegerator on our mobile bar trailer fitted to hold 1 full size 15.5 gal keg or 1 quarter-barrel 7.75 gal keg or 2 sixth-barrel 5 gal kegs.
