Due to Virginia ABC regulations, we are unable to purchase or sell alcohol. The event host is responsible for purchasing all alcohol and obtaining a Virginia ABC Banquet License. What do we need to set up for service?
The Tipsy Saddle requires flat ground for setup and service and clear access to leave the location. We'll arrive between 1-2 hours before the scheduled start time. We can serve on private property.
How It Works
1. First Contact Inquire via email, text or phone call. 2. Proposal Please share your guest count, venue location, and any wishes or expectations you have for your guests. Together, we’ll create a customized event plan tailored to your vision. 3. Contract and Deposit Review your contract and once signed a deposit is collected. You're Booked! 4. VA ABC Banquet License Approximately 4 weeks prior to your event, complete and return the online application. 5. Pre-event Meeting 2 weeks prior to your event we'll meet to discuss final details and any changes.
