A 50% retainer fee, along with a signed agreement, is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the event.

To increase the chances of securing your desired date, we recommend booking at least six months in advance for your special event. However, early booking is not mandatory, as we understand that some individuals may need to plan within a shorter timeframe. We are committed to working with you. That said, the earlier you book, the better! Larger events and weddings are often reserved up to a year ahead. Please note that March through October are our busiest months, with weekends during this period filling up quickly.

We can serve it all. Our custom trailer is equipped with two taps, perfect for serving beers, ciders, specialty cocktails, or mocktails. Its refrigerator and coolers provide ample capacity to accommodate a wide variety of beverages, whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic. We’re committed to working with you to ensure all your beverage needs are fully met.

We are the ideal choice for a variety of events, including corporate client appreciation parties, team-building activities, bridal showers, engagement celebrations, wedding receptions, bachelor and bachelorette parties, gender reveals, birthdays, graduations, photo shoots, and so much more.

We proudly serve the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and Northeast North Carolina. Additional mileage charges may apply depending on the event location, which we will discuss during your consultation. Are you insured? Absolutely! We carry both general and liquor liability insurance to ensure the protection of our hosts and guests in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

In Virginia and North Carolina, if required, the event host must hold the alcohol license and purchase the alcohol. We assist with the application process for a 1-day Banquet Alcohol License for your event. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend submitting the application as early as possible—at least 14 days before your event. Once obtained, the license must be printed and displayed at the bar on the event date. Applications can be accessed online here:
