Is it actually like a bar in a restaurant?
Yes. The Festival Bar is designed to give your guests the experience of sitting and relaxing at a real bar, creating a fun atmosphere and a true centerpiece for any outdoor event.
How many bartenders can fit behind the bar?
The Festival and Sea Bar are very large and designed to accommodate up to four bartenders. It features four identical stations with eight centrally located beer taps, allowing each bartender quick and easy access.
How many guests does it accommodate?
The Festival Bar can comfortably support up to 30 bar stools, with ample space for 100+ guests to stand around the bar and under the awning.
How do you get a unit that large into place?
The bar is transported on a 26-foot hydraulic trailer. Upon arrival, we back the trailer into position, tilt the bed, and carefully lower the unit into place. All precautions are taken to protect grass, asphalt, or concrete surfaces.
What equipment is included as standard?
The Festival Bar comes fully equipped with: 8 chilled draft lines 4 large ice bins 2 undercounter liquor display units Liquor speed rails on each ice bin Shelving Stereo system Interior and exterior lighting The Sea Bar comes fully equipped with: 6 chilled draft lines 2 XXL ice bins 4 undercounter Drain boards Liquor speed rails on each ice bin Shelving Interior lighting We also supply ice for the jockey-style draft boxes upon arrival, along with 8 standard keg jackets to keep kegs cold.
What add-ons are available, and do you sell ice?
CO₂ and bar stools are available for an additional charge. Ice can be purchased in 20 lb bags, and other equipment options are listed on our pricing page.
Do you supply alcohol and bar supplies?
These units are available as rentals, with party packages offered. We do not hold a license to sell alcohol. However, you may purchase beer and wine from your local supplier (Total Beverage preferred), and we can handle pickup for you to save time and effort. Handling charges may apply depending on the quantity and type of alcohol.
Do the kegs need to be cold before the event?
We recommend keeping kegs refrigerated prior to the event. That said, our jockey-style draft system can chill warm beer from 80°F to 36°F quickly with little to no foam. It’s a top-tier system designed for reliable performance.
