A Thoughtfully Curated Bar Experience Mix & Mingle Mobile Bar Co. offers timeless mobile bar rentals, professional bartending, and full-service craft cocktail experiences for weddings, private events, and elevated celebrations. Every element — from the bar design to the final garnish — is chosen with purpose. Our goal is not only to serve great drinks, but to remove the stress and guesswork that often comes with planning bar service.

Per VA ABC laws and regulations, we cannot buy or sell alcohol for an event. The alcohol must be bought by the client. Never fear! We will help put together a shopping list and can even pick up and transport the order to the event for you!

Literally everything else! We provide all the equipment and materials needed to make and serve drinks (cups, ice, mixers, garnishes, etc), our knowledge and expertise, insurance, mobile bar options, decor, an in-person or virtual consultation for personalized menu selection and alcohol ordering. PLUS, alcohol pick up and transport if needed. Oh and did I mention that we make all of our syrups in house with fresh ingredients? We do!

If your event is being held on your private property, a banquet license is not required. If the event is being held in a public event space or even a private property that is used as an event space, a banquet license is needed, and we must have it displayed on our bar. We can give guidance on how to obtain this license, but it is the responsibility of the client or event space to obtain it before the event.

We require 50% of your bar/bartender rental down. Once that is received and the contract signed, you are set! From there you will receive a welcome packet packed with details about your event, what to expect, a communication schedule, and more!
