Bar Belles is a dry-hire bartending service, so the client supplies the alcohol and Bar Belles brings the bartenders, mobile bar, mixers, ice, cups, straws, and all other essentials. This setup helps keep costs down and lets you choose exactly what you want served.
What's included in a Bar Belles wedding package?
Wedding packages cover up to 50 guests across five total hours of service, with four hours of bartending plus 30 minutes each for setup and cleanup. The Base Package at $745 includes pourable beverages and essential supplies. The $1295 Bellegarita Sampler adds three 5-gallon containers of Bellegarita flavors mixed on-site.
Are your bartenders licensed and insured?
Yes. Every Bar Belles bartender is TABC-certified and holds a Texas Food Handler Certificate. Bar Belles also carries $2 million in general and liquor liability insurance through the FLIP program, and this coverage extends to your event so you and your guests are fully protected under Texas alcohol laws.
Can Bar Belles serve food in addition to bartending?
Yes. Wait staff service is available either on its own at $149 for four hours per 20 guests or combined with bartending at $295. Bar Belles also has Food Manager-certified staff for events that require higher-level food oversight. Bar Belles does not prepare or cater food, only serve it.
