Can you provide alcohol?
Social Butterfly ATX is currently a dry hire mobile bartending service. This means we can not legally provide alcohol for your event. However, we can act as a limited agent to pick up and deliver a pre-paid order from select stores! Problem solved!
Do you service events of all size?
While we focus on small to mid-sized events (50-150 guests), we can provide service to any size gathering. We are MVPs when it comes to logistics and are here to help make your event, regardless of size, amazing!
What types of events do you provide service?
We like to say “sky is the limit!” Since our launch in September of 2025, we’ve provided services to the following types of events: Birthdays Weddings Bachelorette/Bachelor Parties Brand Activations Corporate Team Building Non-profit Fundraising Social Mixers Themed Parties Holiday Parties (Haloween, Christmas etc) Don’t see your type of event listed? Don’t worry, we do that too!
Do you travel outside of Austin?
Our main areas of serice are: Austin Westlake Hills, Bee Cave Kyle/Buda Dripping Springs/Wimberley Georgetown/Round Rock Cedar Park/Leander Lakeway We are happy to consult with you about traveling outside of our current service area. How far in advance can we book?
Our availability is limited to ensure a high level of service for each host. We recommend finalizing your booking as soon as your date is set to guarantee our team is reserved for your event. We are currently accepting bookings up to Summer 2027. Do you provide Zero Proof (Mocktail) Options?
100% yes! We are happy to create a fun selection of Zero Proof Cocktails utilizing NA distilled spirits or, Mocktails that use fresh juices and syrups. Whether it's for a few individuals or for your entire party, we can create a delicious menu just for you.
Will you work with our event planner?
Our “love language” is in the details and event planners are some of our favorite folks! When you hire us for your event, we consider ourselves part of your vendor team. This means working collaboratively with all your vendors to insure your event runs smoothly!
