HOW IT WORKS?
THE PROCESS 1. Contact us Please complete our inquiry form with details about your event. 2. Finalize your package We will get to work customizing your package to fit exactly what you need and send over a proposal. 3. Secure your date All that’s left is to sign your electronic contract and pay the 25% deposit, then you’re all set! Your event is now booked on our calendar, and we can start crafting your perfect bar menu. We can’t wait to celebrate milestone moments with you! Do you provide Alcohol?
No! You will supply all the alcohol. But don't worry, we will provide you with an alcohol shopping list to know what to purchase! Any alcohol remaining at the end of the event will be yours to take home.
Where are you located out of?
We are located in Nashville, TN. We service middle TN and surrounding areas.
When will you arrive?
We will arrive 2 to 4 hours before the scheduled event to set up unless other arrangements have been made.
Where should the mobile bar be placed?
The bar will need to be set up in a safe level location, due to weight, bars cannot be carried upstairs or on upper levels of balconies.
