The Nomad Bar specializes in providing top-notch bartending services for a variety of private events including birthdays, weddings, showers, and corporate gatherings. Although we do not carry a liquor license, we are fully insured to service alcohol at these events as long as the drinks are offered free to guests. This means we can fully cater to your needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

At The Nomad Bar, we understand that every event is unique and special. That's why we offer a variety of packages to serve as a starting point for your event planning. Our packages include basic setups, and beverage services. What's more, each package is fully customizable with numerous add-ons such as specialty drinks, additional bartending staff, and personalized décor to ensure your event is one-of-a-kind. We strive to be as flexible as possible in accommodating your needs. However, to ensure we can craft unforgettable memories for your special event, we recommend booking a minimum of one month in advance. This allows our team to curate everything to perfection and reduces stress for you as the organizer. Booking within this timeframe ensures that all details are meticulously planned and executed, providing you and your guests with a seamless experience.

At The Nomad Bar, we require a 50% deposit to secure all event reservations. This deposit ensures that we can allocate resources and provide our top-notch bartending services to make your special event unforgettable. The remaining payment is due one month prior to the event. If the event is cancelled by the client within 30 days of the event, we will refund 100% of the deposit less a 200$ admin fee. This policy helps us manage our schedules and ensures that every event we commit to receives the best service possible.
