However, to ensure we can craft unforgettable memories for your special event, we recommend booking a minimum of one month in advance. This allows our team to curate everything to perfection and reduces stress for you as the organizer. Booking within this timeframe ensures that all details are meticulously planned and executed, providing you and your guests with a seamless experience.
What is The Nomad Bar's deposit policy for event reservations?
At The Nomad Bar, we require a 50% deposit to secure all event reservations. This deposit ensures that we can allocate resources and provide our top-notch bartending services to make your special event unforgettable. The remaining payment is due one month prior to the event. If the event is cancelled by the client within 30 days of the event, we will refund 100% of the deposit less a 200$ admin fee. This policy helps us manage our schedules and ensures that every event we commit to receives the best service possible.
