1. Select your venue or location. 2. Confirm with the venue that outside alcohol services are permitted. 3. Choose your desired package and service duration. 4. Secure your date, sign the contract, and pay the deposit. 5. Decide on your beverage selection. 6. Provide your final guest count and remaining payment 30 days prior to the event. 7. We’ll handle the alcohol order and pick it up on the day of your event. 8. Our team arrives an hour before your event to set up and ensure everything is ready to go.

When you secure your date with Southern Pours and sign the contract, we require a non-refundable down payment of 50% of your total service cost. The final headcount and remaining payment are due 45 days before your event.

A personalized shot ski is a fun and unique way to enjoy group toasts, with multiple shot glasses attached! You can even customize the backside with text and dates, making it perfect for photo ops and lasting memories. For sanitary purposes, we use plastic shot glasses, but if you'd like to purchase custom glass shot glasses, we can easily swap them in.

We take the hassle out of it for you! Simply provide us with your guest count and the types of alcohol you'd like at your event, and we’ll handle the rest. Per South Carolina liquor laws, alcohol must be purchased directly by the client, but we make it easy by taking your credit card information over the phone and placing the order with your preferred retailer. Using an alcohol calculation and estimator, we ensure the right quantities are ordered. On the day of your event, we pick it all up and bring it directly to the venue. The best part?

We use an alcohol estimator depending on your guest count. You simply provide us with the guest count and types of alcohol you wish to have at your event, and we put together the order and estimated cost.

Any leftover alcohol is yours to keep or return, hassle-free!

Absolutely! We keep all bottles and boxes unopened until a guest requests them. Whatever remains unopened at the end of the event is yours to keep or return. You’ll have the receipt, so you can decide what works best for you!
