How do I book?

Have your heart set on a specific vehicle for a certain date? We recommend reaching out as soon as possible to get exactly what you are looking for.
If I want alcohol at my event, who provides that?
For private events We are happy to serve alcohol from the Pittsburgh Mobile Bars fleet, but state laws prevent us from providing the alcohol for private events. That means you, your venue, or your caterer must supply the alcohol, but that doesn't mean that we will leave you on your own. We work with preferred partners that we can connect you with to order liquor, wine and beer in advance. We’ll put the order together for you and can have the alcohol delivered to your event.
What types of beverages can be served?
Creating the bar menu is the best part! We can provide full mixing cocktail services, canned, bottled or kegged services. Options are limitless but to help you out we offer a bar consultation as a part of our packages to help navigate the details. The best option will depend on the type of service you are looking for and the details of the event. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience for you and your guests! What can we put on tap you might ask? Everything from beer, cocktails, mocktails, juices, hard seltzer, hard juices, cold brew coffee, wine, champagne...
Do you have insurance?
Yes! We are committed to following all safety, permitting, and legal regulations. We are fully insured, carry all necessary permits, and we stay up to date on all certifications to make sure that we can best serve you.
How far will you travel?
We want to come to you, wherever you are! All packages include travel within 30 miles of Downtown Pittsburgh. Travel outside of that radius will be quoted specifically for your event based on which vehicle you are renting, travel miles, and length of your event.
Do you need access to power?
Each vehicle has different power needs. Based on which vehicle you choose for your event and your venue we can discuss how to access power onsite, or we can upgrade your package to include a generator suited to the vehicle and event service time.
