Who Provides the alcohol?
This is completely up to you. If you provide the alcohol we will give you a comprehensive shopping guide so you know exactly what to purchase. We also have the capability to provide the alcohol as well if you prefer that we handle everything start to finish.
What if I do not see a package that fits my idea or budget?
Contact us! We love to help any way we can, and we will try our best to accommodate any budget or need.
Who Carries the event Licensing?
We do! We are OLCC certified and insured by the state of Oregon and we got you covered!
What are my payment options?
We understand flexibility is important when it comes to planning events. This is why we offer flexible payment plans. Please contact us and we can discuss this with you in further detail. All Packages require a Non-refundable retainer of $100 to hold your date which will be used towards the total cost of your booking. (50% down for packages where we provide the alcohol.) We require the booking be paid in full 30 days prior to the event as we want you to enjoy your day without any distractions, while allowing us to focus solely on serving you.
Why is my retainer non-refundable?
The retainer is non- refundable due to the fact we save a date for you, and begin the planning process with you right away! While the retainer is Non-refundable , but if you have to cancel for any reason, we will give you a $100 credit towards future services.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our Policy is pretty simple We require a Non-refundable retainer. This allows us to be able to provide a flexible payment plan and cancellation policy, while still compensating us for holding your date should you need to cancel. Payment is due in full 30 days prior to your event. We accept Cash, Check, PayPal, Credit and debit. You can Cancel anytime up until 30 days prior to your event, and any payment received by that point will be returned to you. minus your non-refundable retainer. If you choose to cancel your event after the 30-day cutoff, you will not receive a full refund.
