The Stray Bar

We provide a mobile bar trailer or portable bar that has a tap system with room to hook up 3 kegs of any size, CO2 tank, one to four OLCC licensed bartenders, liquor liability and general liability insurance, phone consultations to review event details, full customized shopping lists for your alcohol purchases, ice, mixers, garnishes, barware, cups, napkins, set up and break down (approx. 2-3 hours), and 40 miles of travel.

1. We will serve the alcohol that is purchased and supplied by you, the event organizer. We can help you calculate the amount of alcohol and supply a shopping list of what you need based on your guest count and hours of service. 2. We are happy to provide a cash bar for your public event such as pop-ups, markets, open house or corporate events. Minimum amounts may apply depending on the size and duration. Please note that we will need advanced notice for option 2 in order to get proper approval and permits to provide this service.

We can celebrate any event with you! Weddings, nonprofit events, work parties, birthdays, bridal shower, bachelorette parties, retirements, open houses, etc. We prefer access to electricity within 100 feet of the trailer bar, flat ground and enough room to pull in, park and set up/break down. We will provide the extension cord or can add a generator to your package if power is not available.

The Stray Bar is located in Bend, OR and willing to serve anywhere in the Pacific Northwest and surrounding states. Travel outside of 40 miles does have a $1.50 per mile additional cost. We love traveling, so if your outside of this range just let us know and we will provide a quote.
