What are you planning to celebrate?
Bar-Key Bartending provides mobile bartending services for weddings , corporate events, and private parties throughout Oklahoma City. We specialize in custom cocktail creation , luxury bar experiences, and personalized service that goes beyond traditional bartending. Most bartending services give you one of two choices: cheap and flexible, or professional and expensive. Bar-Key Bartending offers both.
How much are your services?
We pride ourselves in creating unique bartending experiences that are specifically tailored to each client. Therefore, each event will differ in pricing, and we would be delighted in providing a quote after a free consultation. If you are just needing bartenders and supplies, our By The Key option starts at $1,000 for 125 guests.
What does By The Key Include?
Our “By The Key” services resemble the traditional mobile bartending model. We will provide 1 bartender and barback, along with all nonalcoholic supplies like cups, napkins, straws, ice, and any other necessary supplies we determine are needed for your event. We are unable to supply the alcohol because we are a dry hire bartending service.
What does Dry Hire mean?
In the state of Oklahoma, only caterers with an off-site liquor catering license can transport and supply the alcohol for an event. Therefore, the client is responsible for the purchase and transportation of the alcohol to the event. We do work with some suppliers in OKC to make this process easier for our clients.
How do I book?
Start by filling out our estimate form or reaching out directly. Once you're happy with your package, a 30% non-refundable deposit secures your date. We'll set up your private client portal where you can manage everything leading up to the event.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Oklahoma City and the greater metro area, including Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Nichols Hills, and surrounding communities. Contact us for events outside the metro area.
Can you create custom cocktails?
Yes! Personalized cocktail development is one of our favorite parts of the process. We work with you to create signature drinks that reflect your style, your story, and your event.
Do you offer non-alcoholic or mocktail options?
Absolutely. We offer a full range of mocktail and non-alcoholic options for guests who prefer them.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Bar-Key Bartending is fully licensed and insured, including liquor liability coverage.
