Do you provide the alcohol?
We do not sell alcohol directly. Clients supply their own alcohol so they can choose labels and control budget. We are happy to provide suggestions when asked.
How many bartenders do I need?
Plan for one bartender per 75 guests for mixed drinks. Add a barback for faster service or premium menus.
What is included in the setup?
Mobile bar, tools, menu display, garnish prep, ice management, mixers per package, and cleanup of the bar area.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. COI available by request and subject to venue requirements. When one of our signature packages don’t fit your event, tell us about your event and we’ll reply quickly with availability and next steps.
Do you provide the alcohol
No all clients provide the alcohol. We can assist with suggestions and creating a shopping list.
Can you help with a shopping list
Yes. We estimate quantities for spirits, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, and ice based on guest count and service hours. We can also tailor the list to your menu and season.
How far in advance should I book
Prime dates go first. Reach out 2 to 6 months ahead when possible. If your event is sooner, send details and we will check availability.
What areas do you serve and what are the travel terms
We serve events nationwide. Out of state bookings include a flat 100 dollar fee that covers the first 30 miles from the destination airport. Additional distance is billed at 1.00 per mile.
