What should I expect when obtaining a quote?
Once you complete the form on our Book With Us page, we’ll review your request and send you a customized quote tailored to your event. Your quote will include package details, pricing, and a copy of our service agreement along with available payment options and terms. If everything looks good, you’ll sign the agreement—and we’ll send over your invoice to lock in your date. It’s that simple. Need to talk through the details first? How much do your services cost?
Our pricing depends on the package, event size, location, and any custom options you choose. To give you an accurate quote, we ask that you complete the form on our Book With Us page. Once we receive your details, we’ll send over a personalized estimate. Who is responsible for making sure guests don’t overdrink?
Our bartenders are trained in alcohol awareness and always serve with safety in mind. That said, the host of the event is ultimately responsible for the behavior and well-being of their guests. At TOAST IT UP!, we reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears to be intoxicated or unable to safely consume more alcohol. We’re here to help keep the celebration fun and safe for everyone.
Are you certified and insured?
Yes! Our company insured according to local and state laws. Additionally, all of our bartenders are certified in Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAMS), Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS), and/or ServeSafe.
