Welcome to The Shasta Bar, a luxury mobile bar business in Saratoga County, New York run by Courtney and Tom, a husband and wife with 15+ years in the restaurant industry. We bring the party to you with the help of our renovated ’67 Shasta Compact trailer, Bonnie. Offering custom bar services for all types of events, from weddings to corporate events, birthday parties and more. Our mission is to provide exceptional service and a memorable experience for our clients and their guests.

Where are you located and how far do you travel?
The Shasta Bar is located in Ballston Spa, NY. We travel within 40 miles. Additional fees may apply to locations greater than 40 miles. How does it work? New York State does not allow mobile bars to obtain a liquor license. This means you provide the alcohol and we provide the rest! We are happy to work with each client in helping to determine a menu as well as direction with how much to buy.
Do you have insurance?
Yes! The Shasta Bar carries general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance.
Are your bartenders certified?
Yes! We require all of our bartenders to be TIPS certified. We check ID's and will not serve visibly intoxicated guests.
What is your payment and refund policy?
We require a $500 deposit to reserve the date of your event along with a signed agreement. This deposit goes towards your total bill. The total is due 1 month before the event date. You'll receive a full refund on your deposit if you cancel 60 days of your event. No refunds for canceling less than 30 days of your event.
When do I need to decide on my menu?
Specialty cocktails and menus must be finalized two weeks prior to your event. We make custom menus for each event and go above and beyond with garnishes and display and need this time to make sure every last detail is ordered and prepared! I am interested in booking, but I don't see a package that fits my needs. The Shasta Bar works with each client to make their event memorable and fit their needs. The packages are an outline to a variety of custom packages we can offer including but not limited to coffee and tea bar, mimosa/bloody mary bar, sangria bar, and more!
