About The Fizzy Bee
Our fleet includes two vintage Piaggio Ape (or “Ah-Pey,” Italian for bee) mobile cocktail bars, affectionately named Blanche and Pearl. These unique bars are equipped to serve draft cocktails, Prosecco, beer, wine, hard cider, non-alcoholic beverages, and mocktails. We also offer charming “umbrella bars,” which can be rented individually for smaller events or paired with our truck bars as additional stations for larger gatherings and we can professional bartending services.

How The Fizzy Bee Works?
Choose Your Bar or Service Select the style of bar you want for your event — whether it’s one of our vintage Piaggio Ape truck bars or one of our umbrella bars. Each bar can be booked with full-service bartending or with batched cocktails served on tap. We can also just provide a professional bartender. Secure Your Spot Once your deposit is paid, your date is officially reserved on our calendar and we begin planning your event.
How do I secure The Fizzy Bee?
To secure your date, a signed contract and a 50% deposit are required.
What happens after I pay my deposit?
You can email, call, or text us with any questions leading up to your event. Typically, we schedule a menu/event details call on the Monday prior to your event, where we discuss arrival times and menu options.
How much does it cost to have the Fizzy Bee at my event?
All quotes are customized based on your specific event. Please fill out the contact form for a personalized quote, and we will respond within 24 hours.
Is tip included in my rental?
Gratuities for bartenders are not mandatory but always appreciated. We recommend a tip of 15% of the total cost for your servers.
Do you charge to deliver the Fizzy Bee to my event?
Delivery fees are included in your custom quote for events within Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Additional fees may apply for events outside these areas or requiring an overnight stay.
Does the Fizzy Bee have insurance?
Yes, our fleet is fully insured, and we can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for venues upon request.
