We’re Pop and Fizz, the anywhere bar. We’re a Piaggio Ape customized with 4 taps and beautiful tile work coming all the way from Italy! We’re here to help you celebrate, offering a unique way to serve bubbly, cocktails, beer, you name it! We also have our specialty poppin’ cocktail, where your guests can choose from a variety of flavored popsicles to enjoy with their bubbly. We believe cheers can be had at any time!

What are the dimensions of the tap truck?
Our Piaggio Ape is 59” wide, 126” front to back, and 72” tall.
Do you provide alcohol?
State laws prohibit us from selling alcohol directly to you. However, we will work with you in selecting a local retailer that can facilitate your alcohol selection and purchase.
Do you have insurance?
We have general and liquor liability insurance.
