The Barrel Mobile Bar

A: We are based out of Long Beach Island, NJ. Our general rule of thumb is that we travel anywhere within a two-hour radius, but don’t be afraid to reach out if you are a bit farther! We charge a $4/mile travel fee for any location greater than 30 miles away; this accounts for gasoline, tolls & extra traveling time to get to you!

A: Yes! We carry general liability insurance, as well as liquor liability insurance. We can provide copies of our insurance policies to your venue upon request. For any permits that may be needed it is the clients responsibility to secure those. Generally, if your event is held on private property you will not need to secure any permits. If you have any questions, please email us, or reach out to your local municipality or police department regarding permitting.

A: The Barrel Mobile Bar trailer is approximately 8.5 feet wide, 9 feet tall, and 15 feet long. The Serro Scotty Bar is approximately 7.5 feet wide, 7.5 feet tall, and 13 feet long. A: We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% balance is due one week prior to the event. Bookings cancelled within 120 days of the event are not eligible for a refund of your deposit, unless The Barrel secures another event for your date. In the event of inclement weather we will do our best to accommodate if you wish to reschedule. The client is responsible for any outdoor tents if necessary.
