Service-based bartending, also known as dry-hire bartending, means we provide licensed, mobile bartenders to serve the alcohol you supply. Our experienced staff comes fully prepared with full liability insurance, all necessary equipment & tools, mixology expertise, and mixers/juices/syrups/garnishes, and disposables to create customized signature cocktails tailored to you and your guests' preferences at 1/2 the cost to you!

You are saving the mark-up on alcohol, which as we all know, is significant. For example, in one 750ml bottle of Tito's, that holds around 16 single shot cocktails, sitting at around $25 for that one bottle of liquor. In just 2-3 cocktails charged at a bar or mobile bar catering company, you have just paid for that bottle of liquor. The "pay-per-bottle" vs. "pay-per-drink" will cut your costs nearly in half and at the end of the night, you get to take the leftovers home to enjoy. After our initial consultation call to discuss your bar's vision and expectations, we’ll provide you with a detailed breakdown of the exact quantities of liquor, beer, wine, and ice you'll need to purchase and supply. By combining your knowledge of your guest's preferences with our 16+ years of experience in mobile event bartending, we will help create the perfect open bar experience that offers variety, minimizes waste, and most importantly doesn't break your wallet. Our data-driven approach ensures you have the right amount of alcohol to keep your guests satisfied without over-spending.

We staff 1 mobile bartender for every 75 - 100 guests, with a minimum of 2 bartenders for every wedding or event. The conversion varies based on your specific wedding or event needs including multiple bar locations, "heavy" or "light" drinkers, complexity of cocktails, add-ons, etc. but leave that math for us! Rest assured we have professional, private party bartenders to serve in any environment.

No but it is always a smart idea! Our services come with full comprehensive liability insurance that covers our mobile bartenders serving throughout the night along with enforcing MT state laws in safe serving!

If you purchase one of our mixers, garnish and disposables package, we will provide all disposable cups (9 oz and 12oz), beverage napkins, and straws. If you’d like to elevate your event with bar glassware, we’re happy to handle, serve, and clean up all bar glassware rentals for a small additional fee.
