I'm Jason, and I've been bartending for 30ish years, but I'm only 40. How is this so?
At a fairly young age I would assist my grandpa behind his home bar during parties, learning the ins and outs of basic bartending. I loved the smile on people's faces when they would be given their beverage. Working at Irish pubs gave me the platform to get creative, making custom drinks and shots, while also perfecting my Guinness pour.
