The sooner the better! We need at least a 2 weeks notice from the time of booking to event date to have enough time to prepare for your event. We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. A signed agreement and 50% deposit secures your date.

Whether it’s an intimate backyard gathering or a large-scale event, our mobile bar setups are designed to adapt seamlessly to your vision and guest count.

Unfortunately, no. Due to state liquor laws, Minnesota doesn't issue mobile services a liquor license to sell alcohol. We are what's considered a dry-hire bar. Which means, alcohol is purchased separately from our services.

Absolutely! We take the guesswork out of bar planning. Once we understand your guest count, event duration, and drink selections, we place the alcohol order for you through our preferred liquor store, pick it up, and deliver it to you the day of your event. All you have to do is pay the liquor store. Easy peasy!

No way! We offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, such as custom mocktails, house-made lemonades, iced tea, cold brew coffee, root beer, kombucha, infused water, and more!

Yes! Piccadilly Pours is based in Farmington, MN and travels all throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. For events outside 30 miles of 55024 a $2/mile travel fee applies.
