Minnesconsin Mobile Pours LLC is a mother-and-daughter owned mobile bar service based in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, founded by Heather and Marisa Rapalo. They bring a full mobile bar experience to weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, gender reveals, corporate events, and private parties throughout the Twin Cities area. Their service area extends east across western Wisconsin (including Hudson, River Falls, New Richmond, Rice Lake, Hayward, Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, and Menomonie) and west as far as Fargo, North Dakota. All of their bartenders are licensed professionals with specialized experience in high-volume, event, and restaurant bartending. Each menu is thoughtfully curated to match the client's preferences, with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients. Bartender services start at $350 for 5 hours with two bartenders, and beverage catering packages begin at $2 per person, including disposable drinkware, ice, mixers, and garnishes. Dry hire, cash bar, mocktails, and organic margarita packages are all available.

Yes! As long as your venue allows it, Minnesconsin Mobile Pours can do dry hire services where you purchase your own alcohol and our bartenders will serve it. We can also help you create a menu and decide on ideal quantities, or shop for you for a small fee.
Do you offer cash bar services?
Yes. If your venue requires it, Minnesconsin Mobile Pours works with a local licensed caterer to serve you a cash bar, or a combination of prepaid items and cash-paid drinks.
Do you make non-alcoholic drinks and mocktails?
Absolutely. Minnesconsin Mobile Pours makes a variety of mocktails and dirty sodas made with organic and fresh ingredients. They can be purchased as a package or per-drink by guests.
How far do you travel for events?
Minnesconsin Mobile Pours will travel up to about 4 hours from the Twin Cities. Mileage fees apply beyond 30 miles from Lake Elmo, MN ($1 per mile for 31-90 miles, $2 per mile beyond that). Exceptions are sometimes made, so it is worth asking.
