I believe great cocktails, a smart layout, and a bit of creativity can completely elevate the guest experience. When I started this business in 2019, that was my mission. I bought a vintage horse trailer, renovated it, and launched our first seasonal cocktail menu. I wanted to create something fun, memorable, and truly special—a bar experience that matched the beauty and energy of Vineyard events. The Caravan was born, and the response was incredible.
