The Cordial Camper

We do not, but we work closely with our friends at Cape Cod Package Store to design a custom beverage menu for your event. You’ll purchase the alcohol directly from Cape Cod Package Store, and The Cordial Camper will take care of the rest!

Unfortunately, as we do not have a liquor license, we cannot collect money in exchange for alcoholic beverages. However, our bartenders are certified to serve the alcohol that you purchase for the event.

We are located in Hyannis on Cape Cod, but we will travel all over New England. Travel over 25 miles from Hyannis will incur an additional charge. If you’d like The Cordial Camper to join your event, contact us to discuss the details.

Unfortunately, we do not accommodate rain dates. The host is responsible for providing tent cover for our bar cart in the event of inclement weather. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for your event.

Our bar cart requires a space that is at least 7-feet wide, 16-feet long, and 12-feet high. Our trailer and towing vehicle need this space in order to safely enter and exit the event site while avoiding damage to the grounds, trees, branches, buildings, and vehicles. The service window of the bar cart is on the driver’s side. We also require a level, hard area on which we can tow the trailer without concern. We do not assume damage for soft earth or sprinkler heads that may be torn up if we drive on grass. Finally, we need two electrical outlets within a 50-foot distance of the bar cart.

Dates during peak season book up well in advance, but cancellations are possible, so it’s always worth reaching out to see what we have available. That being said, earlier is always better.
