Sugar Rim Bar started as a one man bartending service in Maryland and we are proud to say we now staff over 200 of the industry's top hospitality professionals and we are now serving Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, California and Georgia.

How do I reserve my event date with Sugar Rim Bar Mobile Bartending Services?
A Non-Refundable retainer is required at the time of the contract signing. The Non-Refundable retainer may be paid via Cash or PayPal. Do you carry insurance? Liability Insurance: Sugar Rim Bar maintains a $1 million liquor liability policy which is as high as any policy in the DC Metro region. This allows Sugar Rim Bar to operate at the most exclusive of venues that remain off-limits to other catering companies.
How will the bartenders be dressed?
The Bartender(s) will be dressed according to the type of event you are having. We typically wear all black. We will discuss this with you at the time the event is booked.
Who is responsible for making sure that guests do not have too much to drink?
Our bartenders are trained in alcohol awareness. However, the host of the event is ultimately responsible for all invited guests and their actions. Sugar Rim Bar reserves the right to refuse service to any guest(s) who seem to have had too much to drink, per our judgment.
Is gratuity included?
Tips are customary in the bartending business so we offer our customers two options: 1. Allow a tip jar to be placed on the bar for guests. 2. "Hosted Gratuity" There will be no tip jar and the host will pay a $3 per person gratuity fee based on number of guest attending the event.
