STEP 1: Choose from one of our amazing custom mobile bars! STEP 2: Pick the bar package that works best for your event. STEP 3: Submit your package choice, review the contract, pay the retainer, and relax! Note: 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date & mobile bar STEP 4: 30 days prior to your event, we’ll review the bar program options, decor, and last minute items with you. Step 5: We’ll arrive 2 hours before the event, then we’ll set up our mobile bar, stock the supplies and the beverages, chill the products, and decorate! Now it’s time for you to eat, drink, and party!

Our minimum spend is Peak season May-Oct Weekday $1,800 & Weekend $3,000 Nov-April Weekday $1,800 & Weekend $2,000 Please keep in mind the amount of tender love and care that goes into planning and executing an event, mobile bar builds, maintenance and preparation. Each event consists of a 12-hour day to ensure our mobile bars are clean, stocked, and ready-to-go.
