Dish Catering is a “Gourmet Catering Service.” We provide foods made fresh to order. We provide you with professional staff, equipment, exceptional customer service, delivered to your event. We do all the work - you enjoy the party. Rentals recommendations Floral recommendations Photographers Location scouting for events #### Labor Rates Our staff is fully-trained and professional. There is a 4-hour minimum for all labor. Rates are per hour; gratuity is not included and is completely optional. Overtime and holiday rates may differ. A full clean up after the party is standard.
