About Luxe Mobile Bar
Louie V is a converted two horse trailer that traditionally transports horses until Luxe got its hands on it. Louie V. was carefully reconstructed and designed by the owner after years of careful planning and research. The new concept of a mobile bar brings a fun and unforgettable experience and leaves your event the TALK OF THE TOWN. Louie’s packages offer full service bartending, a nostalgic decor area, option of a second bar rental, custom add-ons and so much more.

Where are you located and will you travel?
We are located in Lexington, KY primarily serving Fayette and surrounding counties. If outside of our 50 mile radius (40514), we will travel to you for an additional fee (mileage $1 per mile).
What are your prices?
We customize each bar experience according to many factors, including # of guests, length of event, and what services your requesting. Each package is customized to your event and budget. Through an easy consultation vial email or over the phone, we can come up with a package that will work for you! Check out our featured services for a quick list of our packages. #### Technical and Power needs to rent LOUIE V Clearance and a flat surface for the parking of the trailer as well as access to electricity or advance notice if a generator is needed.
Can you provide the alcohol?
Due to Kentucky Liquor Laws, we are unable to purchase the alcohol for your event, however we will create and provide an easy suggested purchasing list. We have also partnered with local liquor distributors for additional discounts. All unused liquor will be boxed up and ready for you at the end of the event.
Are you insured?
We have both general and liquor liability as well as TIPS/STAR certified bartenders. #### Inclement Weather Due to advanced bookings we can not predict rain or bad weather dates. In the event of inclement weather, we are happy to work with a local tent vendor that would cover our working area. Tent rental would be the financial responsibility of the client. ## FAQs
How do I book?
After an initial consultation a 50% deposit and completed contract would be needed to secure your date. Remaining balance would be due 30 days prior to event date.
