Due to Kansas and Missouri Laws, KC Cocktail Co. cannot purchase any of the alcohol to be served at your event. However, we will happily create a personalized shopping list for your event. As well, you can use the Alcohol Calculator to figure out the amount of alcohol needed for your event.

We accept Credit Cards, Check, Cash and Venmo. We require a 50% deposit once you book your event and then final payment is due 30 days prior to your event date. If you cancel more than 60 days from your event date, you will receive a full refund, minus a $100 admin fee. If you cancel more than 30 -60 days from your event date you will receive a 50% refund of the deposit minus the $100 admin fee. Any cancellations within 30 days of the event will not be refunded but transferable.

This is pretty simple actually. We just need enough space to set up our Bubble Bar and any additional space if you choose to do a nonalcoholic beverage station.

Our Bartenders are individually licensed, and KC Cocktail Co. carries both Liquor Liability Insurance as well as General Liability Insurance. As well, for your protection and ours we do have the right to refuse services to anyone we feel is impaired and underage drinking is not tolerated. We also do not serve Shots or Neat beverages.

Our goal is to make sure your experience is exceptional anyway we can, but we do also respect our bartender’s time. But with that being said, if the bartender does not mind staying over the allotted time, there is an additional $50 an hour per Bartender Fee.

Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded. Although we do not refund the payments, they are transferable if postponed no later than 72 hours before your event.
