Our goal is to alleviate bar preparation stresses that can arise out of event planning and let you enjoy your own party. As a dry-hire service (our clients provide the alcohol) we will help create a menu you will love with an itemized alcohol shopping list, that stays within your budget and will give you the tools needed to provide an awesome experience for you and your guests.

How much notice do you require to properly book an event?
We book dates on a first come, first served basis. We are capable of multiple events on a given day, but we strongly encourage you to book as soon as possible. We book events up to 16 months in advance, so the sooner the better. There are some dates that we will have availability with last minute notice, please be sure to inquire, and we will do our best to accommodate.
How do I know how many bartenders I will need?
When you complete your questionnaire, we take into account the amount of guests attending & drinking, the type of consumption expected and the services requested (champagne toasts, soft drink stations, etc.,) All of which play a part in determining the optimal number of bartenders required for the best service possible.
Are your bartenders certified?
All of our bartenders are TIPS® certified (Training for Intervention Procedures.) There are bartenders that carry other individual city licenses. What is TIPS? Learn more here
Can you provide the alcohol for my event?
We currently do not provide alcohol for our clients or cash bar services, however, we will provide a customized alcohol shopping list that caters specifically to your bar menu requests. We work frequently with local liquor stores to help you arrange your alcohol order for them to deliver to your event (delivery fees apply and are subject to your event venue's location.)
Can guests bring their own alcohol to my event?
No. We serve alcohol that is provided by our clients only. We do not allow Outside Alcohol by guests to bring, dispense or provide their alcohol to other guests.
