We will always arrive at least one hour prior to your event. However, based on what we are providing or even the load-in process we may require a little more time. We bill at one and a half additional hours beyond service time to allow for set up and break down.

We work on a first come first serve basis. We are happy to secure and hold your date; we will just need a signed quote and a 20% deposit. We accept checks, credit cards, Paypal, as well as online payments. Full payment is due (5) days prior to your event.

During the pre-event planning process, we will do our best to work with you to determine exactly how long you think your event will run. However, we understand sometimes events will run past the expected end time. We will always try to accommodate these requests but they are determined on a case-to-case basis. If we are able to stay longer, we bill at an incremental hourly rate.

We do our best to pack accordingly. However, it’s possible for some items to run out based on taste preferences and the popularity of an item. Due to liability, we are unable to send our bartenders out to a store to pick up additional items after we have arrived. However, we are always happy to assist with shopping lists and quantities.

Based on Georgia state laws, we are unable to carry a mobile liquor license. This means we can not travel from event to event and sell alcohol. However, there are steps you can take to sell drinks at your event. Filing a special event permit through the department of revenue will need to be conducted in order to exchange money for alcohol. This process takes at least 30 days so allow yourself enough time to ensure the proper permits can be filed. Each jurisdiction has a slightly different process so check with your local permitting authority to take the necessary steps.
