Q: Do you provide the alcohol?
A: No, we are a dry hire service so we do not include alcohol in our packages. The benefit to that is that you can go to you own retailer and possibly get wholesale. We can also put together an order for you via our preferred retailer in which you would pay the vendor directly for your order and the vendor will deliver your alcohol to your event.
Q: Do you provide event insurance?
A: Yes, we provide $2-million in general & liquor liability insurance.
Q: What is the difference between the Essential Bar & the Classic Bar Experience?
A: B.O.S Classic Bar package offers some enhancements to the essential bar package, such as classic cocktail selections and a mobile bar selection to elevate your event bar experience, leaving your guest marveled at the level of attention to details.
Q: Can you create a custom cocktail menu for our event?
A: Absolutely! We love curating custom cocktails based on our clients’ favorite flavors and ingredients. During our virtual meeting, we’ll chat about everything, including your cocktail menu :)
Q: How do we book Bar of Splendor for our event?
A: It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! First, select the “Get a Quote” button on our site and submit a proposal. Second, schedule a virtual consultation with Bar of Splendor Last, sign our service contract and pay a 50% retainer to hold your event date.
Q: Can I cancel after booking?
A: Yes, our contract outlines our cancelation policies. There are fees associated with canceling, so please make sure you are ready to book when you sign your contract. We are limited to the number of events we can do on any given day and when you book, we stop taking inquiries for your event date.
