We are a mobile and event bartending company that serves the Greater Sacramento Area and other parts of Northern California! We offer services for weddings, private and corporate events, of all sizes and budgets. We carry both liquor liability and general liability insurance. Our bartenders are all trained and safety certified through A.B.C. (RBS). We value genuine client interaction and personal touches to help create stress-free planning and a memorable experience for you and your guests!

Chilled Bartending Services, LLC was founded by Latt and her best friend in 2015… Today, Latt continues to own and operate the company with the help of her husband and a growing team of professional bartenders and staff. We had Julia and Katelyn as our bartenders, and they handled a wedding crowd of 200 like it was a walk in the park. How does pricing work?
For our packages, the flat fee covers the cost of your bartender(s), the hours of service agreed upon, the portable bar or table setup, all necessary barware, a hydration station for your guests, planning and preparation services, and a custom beverage menu. The $7 per guest covers mixers, fresh fruits and garnishes, syrups, purees, disposable drinkware, ICE, beverage napkins and straws (For up to 5 hours of service). You can customize a package and pick and choose from our A La Carte Menu. Keep in mind, there’s a price break for those items if you book one of our standard packages.
Do you supply alcohol?
Chilled Bartending Service, LLC is generally a dry hire event bartending service, which means you provide the liquor and we can provide the rest, however, we are now offering cash bar and hosted open bar options through a sister company, where we provide the liquor as well. Inquire for rates. If you’d prefer to source your own liquor, we give you a helpful and convenient shopping list!
