Planning an unforgettable event with Tipsy Elephant is seamless and personalized. Here's our simple four-step process to bring our luxury mobile coffee and cocktail bar to your celebration: Reach Out & Connect Begin by contacting us via our website or social media channels. Share your event details—date , location , guest count , and any specific preferences. We're excited to learn about your vision and discuss how we can elevate your event. Customize Your Experience Every event is unique, and so is our approach.
What every packages includes?
3 hours of service, at least one insured and certified bartender, all necessary equipment for making cocktails, a portable bar, coolers and ice, plastic glassware, napkins, straws, a printed menu sign, FREE time for setup/breakdown, and liquor and liability insurance. Bigger event? For events with over 75 guests, an additional bartender will be provided. Each bartender can effectively serve up to 75 guests. Please note that the Silver Package includes two bartenders, while the Gold Package includes up to three bartenders.
