Our mobile bars on wheels come equipped with certified bartenders and offer liquor liability insurance for your peace of mind. We handle the setup and breakdown of your event, as well as transporting pre-purchased alcohol to your chosen location. Our service includes all coolers and bar supplies, along with a self serve mobile bar featuring water and lemonade (or tea) stations for your guests.

How it works:
1. Request a Quote 2. Sign contract & Pay 25% deposit 3. 8 weeks before event: We will send you a "final questionnaire" with the final guest count, drinks decisions, timeline, etc. 4. 4 weeks before event: We give you a detailed shopping list & info on how to order alcohol (our partner gives 15% off all our client's order) 5. We take care of the rest! ### Their charming establishment features a refurbished 1995 horse trailer transformed into a mobile bar cart, perfect for weddings and events.
What is a mobile bartending service?
We bring the bar to you! Our team provides professional bartending services for events of all sizes, whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, private party, or festival. We handle the drinks so you can focus on enjoying your event.
What types of events do you cater to?
We cater to a wide range of events, including but not limited to: Weddings Corporate events Birthday parties Anniversaries Festivals Holiday parties If you’re planning an event, we’re here to make it unforgettable!
Do you provide the alcohol?
Alcohol is NOT included. According to local laws, the client must purchase the alcohol from an entity possessing a liquor license. However, we do work with Barrels & Brews- a liquor store based in Fort Chaffee, AR- that gives our clients 15% off their order!
What if I have leftover liquor?
Any leftover alcohol is yours to keep. Kegs, however, must be returned to liquor store empty.
What if my event gets cancelled?
We do require a 25% deposit at the time of booking and then the rest is due 24 hours prior to the event. We will give a full refund on the deposit if cancelled 30 days in advance. Events cancelled less than 30 days prior will not receive a refund. Please reach out to us if this is the case. We want the best for our clients and will do our best to make them happy.
