Do you provide the alcohol for events?
No, due to licensing regulations, we do not provide alcohol. Clients are responsible for purchasing and supplying the alcohol. However, we take care of serving it! We also provide mixers, garnishes, and all necessary bar equipment to ensure a seamless experience.
What areas do you serve, and is there a travel fee?
We primarily serve Phoenix, Arizona and surrounding areas. For events located more than 30 miles from Phoenix a travel fee may apply. Contact us for a personalized quote.
Do you carry insurance, and what permits are required for my event?
Yes, we carry general and liquor liability insurance. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for their event, particularly if it is held on public property. We’re happy to guide you through the permitting process.
What are the dimensions of the Piaggio Ape mobile bar?
The Piaggio Ape is compact and versatile, measuring approximately 10 feet long, 5 feet wide and just over 6 feet tall. This makes it perfect for both indoor and outdoor events. Please ensure the venue can accommodate these dimensions.
What is your payment and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your date, with the balance due 30 days before the event. Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to reschedule, subject to availability.
Can you serve non-alcoholic beverages?
Absolutely! We’re happy to offer a variety of non-alcoholic options through our taps, such as mocktails, sodas, juices, and more. Our service is thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests of all ages and tastes. Plus, we have a mocktail drink book full of creative ideas to inspire your menu!
How far in advance should we book your service?
To ensure availability, we recommend booking as early as possible. Popular dates fill up quickly, especially during the peak season in Phoenix, AZ. A deposit secures your spot on our calendar.
Do you provide glassware for events?
We do not provide traditional glassware but offer premium disposable drinkware as part of our service. If you prefer glassware, we can recommend trusted local rental vendors.
